JACKSON, Miss – During statewide testing Monday, April 17, some Mississippi testing sites experienced intermittent connectivity at some point between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m. Online testing resumed and was fully functionally at approximately 10 a.m.
The Mississippi Department of Education (MDE) has provided guidance to districts to ensure that affected students are provided with adequate time to complete tests that were interrupted.
The MDE has contacted Questar Assessment, Inc. about today’s connectivity issue and is awaiting further information about the root cause and steps the company has taken to prevent any future disruption.
