The District is currently hiring to fill a range of teaching positions, including elementary, middle and high school teachers for the 2017-2018 school year. Our goal is to regain those teachers who retire and also build a supplemental teacher pool so vacancies can be filled quickly, even after the school year begins.

Necessary qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or higher, valid Mississippi teacher certification and demonstrated proficiency in oral and written communication.
