Our comprehensive needs assessment is designed to gather input, opinions, and ideas from faculty, staff, students, parents, and community members to identify needs and performance challenges in a school or district, determine their root causes, and set priorities for future action in the areas of family and community outreach, curriculum and instruction, technology, school facilities, and organization. Individual schools and the district overall will use this information to guide improvement planning and budgeting. This survey is brief and will only take a few minutes to complete. It will be available until June, 2022.
The survey results will be compiled into a report that analyzes test score trends and other school success measures. The district will then use this report for strategic planning, administering federal programs that require an annual comprehensive needs assessment, and examining current school and district practices.
Your input is vitally important to the district's continuous improvement process. The survey will be available by clicking the link provided via our district's website and social media. For more information, please contact YaMika S. Thomas, Federal Programs Director, at 601-445-2828.
