Leslie Lewis has been accepted to the Mississippi School of Mathematics and Science

Bulldog Nation will be well represented at the Mississippi School for Mathematics and Science next school year. Leslie Lewis, a Sophmore at Natchez Early College @ Co-Lin, will make Columbus, MS her new home away from home this fall.
According to the Mississippi School for Mathematics and Science (MSMS) website, MSMS is the state of Mississippi’s only public, residential high school specifically designed to meet the needs of the Magnolia State’s most academically gifted and talented students. The website goes on to say that this year they were named NICHE’s 6th best public high school in the nation with the #1 ranked faculty in the nation.
Leslie has been looking forward to being accepted into the school since her freshman year of high school. Sabrina Robertson of The Natchez Democrat interviewed her, and she was featured in their Bright Futures column on April 24, 2019.
The future is assuredly bright for Leslie Lewis. Leslie is a prime example of what the home, church, and school working as a unit can manifest in a child. Leslie, while you are embarking on this new adventure and challenge, please know that Bulldog Nation will always have your back.
